Fund withdrawal can be transferred to your account via bank transfer.

It is important to note that the payee name entered for withdrawal must be same with account name listed in MYR STG. Please note that MYR STG has a right to refuse any kind of transaction conducted by a third party name and withdrawal request that do not meet the stated policy will be rejected promptly.

MYR STG currently only accept Malaysia Baht for transactions.

Withdrawal transaction will be processed within 5 (five) minutes, however processing may take longer over the weekends/bank offline/bank holidays or if the account verification is needed for some cases.

1. Please login to MYR STG website and select "Transaction > Withdraw" on menu bar.
2. Fill the withdraw amount without any dot/comma symbol. Ex: 1000 (one thousand Baht).
3. Choose the withdrawal bank type and select the bank option.
4. Withdraw form must be filled using valid/correct data (full name, bank account no, bank name, etc).
5. Select "Submit" and please be waited while your withdrawal is being processed.

Please note that any withdrawal transaction (in/out of promotion) should be adjusted to predetermined policies. MYR STG has a right to refuse any kind of transaction if it does not comply with the policy. For further information please contact our customer service representative (online 24 hours).
